As part of our continued commitment to improve our customer service delivery, we are advising, that invoices will be sent to you via email as of your next billing cycle.

The immediate benefits are that invoices will be delivered in a timely manner, negating the delays caused by traditional delivery methods. The change is also in keeping with our obligation as a responsible business to ensure that we adopt green / sustainable business practices, positively impacting our environment for future generations.

Our automated system will generate an electronic invoice once your email address is registered in our system.  Should you wish, we can enter multiple email addresses for the invoice to be delivered to.

Our payment agents are also embracing the change to an electronic invoicing and confirm that an invoice is not needed for payment; they also offer electronic methods of bill payment as an alternative.
