Below you will find a start to finish tutorial covering everything you will need to know regarding the access and use of your GDOT Customer Portal.

Here’s what you need to get started:

  • Link to the GDOT Portal – https://greendotportal.crm.com/login
  • Your Green Dot account number – 0000000
  • Your email address – use the email address you would have given to the agent on signing up for your service

Once you have the necessary information listed above you can now begin the account registration process.

Register your account:

  1. Using the link provided access the GDOT portal home page
    • Click on the link or copy and paste the link info into the search engine browser to access the portal.
    • You can also visit our website www.gd.tt and click on the GDOT portal tab to access the portal home page.

To help us identify you:

  1. Enter a valid email address and click on request a One Time Password
  2. Once the information submitted is correct you will receive an email with a six-digit one-time password (OTP: 397133).
  3. Retrieve the pass word and enter it when you are prompted to do so and click on Authenticate & Sign In.
  4. Once the authentication process is completed you will be required to create a new password. At this time, you will be prompted to:
    • Enter your email address
    • Create a password
    • And confirm the chosen password
    • Click on register

The registration process is now completed and you will be taken to your GDOT Customer Portal Home Screen.
