Below you will find a start to finish tutorial covering everything you will need to know regarding the access and use of your GDOT Customer Portal.

Here’s what you need to get started:

  1. Link to the GDOT Portal –
  2. Your Green Dot account number – 0000000
  3. Your email address – use the email address you would have given to the agent on signing up for your service

Once you have the necessary information listed above you can now begin the account registration process.

Register your account:

1. Using the link provided access the GDOT portal home page

  • Click on the link or copy and paste the link info into the search engine browser to access the portal.
  • You can also visit our website and click on the GDOT portal tab to access the portal home page.
  • Click on “Create My Green Dot Account”

2. Insert your information into the relevant spaces provided and click submit

3. Once the information submitted is correct your access will be confirmed via email

  • You will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided
  • You will now see the information that will be on file for you

Return to the login screen and login with the credentials you registered.
