Yes you can – There are no associated penalties.

Are the Monthly, 1yr and 3yr contract term options available?

Yes. You can choose any one of the three options.

What is the installation fee?

The Installation fee is associated with the contract terms selected, please check our packages.

Can I add a Premium package?

Yes. ANY Premium packages can be added to any of our existing Digital TV Plan.

Below you’ll find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions surrounding your Digital Cable TV service.

How many cable boxes per household?

We offer 3 set top boxes. Should you require additional units please advise your sales representative or contact our Customer Service Department. (224-GDOT)(4368).

How is the installation performed?

Step 1: We install a small Wireless Antenna at your home preferably on your roof. Step 2: We connect a cable from the Antenna to the Digital Set Top Box we place in your home, which then connects to your television.

Is there a Digital Cable TV and High Speed Internet combo?

Yes, there are combo packages available. Please check our Bundled Plans.

Does rain affect the service quality?

The effects of any rain are negligible. This is a tried and tested broadcast medium with millions around the world using it.

Can I get my bill via email?

Yes you can, simply provide us with your email address by calling in to our customer care department (224-GDOT)(4368) or send a request to us via a private message to our facebook page or to info@greendotgroup.co

Is there a particular time I need to call to report any concerns on my service?

Our Customer Service & Technical Support Departments are here twenty-four (24) hours each day to assist with any concerns, which may arise, we are ready and willing to assist you whenever you need us.

How does the billing process work?

Your monthly bill will be emailed every month on the same date that your service was installed. For example; If your service was installed on the 10th of July, your monthly bill will be sent to you on the 10th of August and recur on the 10th of every month thereafter. Please note that your monthly invoice will be emailed once an email address is provided to us. You can also receive your billing information via the following options:

  • SMS – you will receive a text message advising of your monthly billing/balance.
  • G-Dot Customer Portal – you must register your Green Dot account to gain access to your information. Use this link to register:
  • Phone – 224-GDOT (4368)
  • Front Office – visit us at 40 Bejucal Road, Cunupia.

What would cause a bill to be generated?

  • Adding of a package (prorated to bill cycle).
  • Removal of a package (credit will be applied for unused days as per bill cycle).
  • Suspension/Disconnection of service.
  • Activation of service (from suspension/installation).
  • Monthly billing per bill cycle.

How do I set parental controls?

Parental control is set as follows:

A: On an Opentel Box (Time LED are Green in color)

  1. Select the menu button from the remote
  2. Press the right arrow once to move over to “settings” and press “OK”
  3. Press the right arrow once to move over to “preferences” and press “OK”
  4. Press the down arrow once to move down to “parental control” and press “OK”
  5. Press the right arrow and you can adjust the settings accordingly.

B: On a Coretrust Box (Time LED are Red in color)

  1. Select the menu button from the remote
  2. Press the right arrow twice to move over to “settings” and press the up or down arrows to move over to “Menu Lock”
  3. Enter your PIN and change your settings accordingly.

How do I set the clock on my digital terminal?

There is no need to set the time on our Setup Boxes, this is done Automatically from our Network.

How do I set my favourite channels?

Favorite channels can be selected the following ways:

A: On an Opentel Box (Time LED are Green in color)

  1. Select the menu button from the remote and the default tab is “Edit channels” ( extreme left tab)
  2. Select “OK” from the remote
  3. Go down to a free Favorite channel slot and choose which service from the right you would like as a favorite.

Note you can have up to 8 Favorite services.

B: On a Coretrust Box (Time LED are Red in color)

  1. Select the menu button from the remote and the default tab is “Channel” ( extreme left tab)
  2. Select “OK” from the remote
  3. Go down to a free Favorite channel slot and choose which service from the right you would like as a favorite.

Note you can have up to 8 Favorite services.

How do I see complete episode information?

You can see how long a program is or check times of upcoming programs by using the “Guide” buttons on both the Opentel or Coretrust remotes. When pressed you can use the left and right buttons to advance in time to see future programs, you can use the up and down buttons to see schedules for other channels.
