The 2016 Summer Olympics, officially known as the Games of the XXXI Olympiad, and commonly known as Rio 2016, is due to take place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from 5th to 21st August 2016. Trinidad and Tobago is scheduled to compete with its largest Olympic contingent in history, as 32 athletes in eight disciplines battle for the coveted gold medal.
