How Refer and Receive Works

Referrer MUST provide the following:

  • His/Her Name
  • His/Her contact numbers
  • His/Her Account number(s)
  • His/Her Service Type (s)
  • Referee’s Full name
  • Referee’s Address
  • 2 (if possible) contact numbers for Referee

NB: If the Referee resides in an area where our services are NOT AVAILABLE, this referee will be considered invalid.

Offer:

  • Green Dot is offering all existing customers 50.00 TTD credit on their next invoice/bill for each referee successfully installed
  • Referee (s) MUST be installed within 5-week promotion period for referrer to receive offer
  • $50TTD offer will ONLY BE PAID on the referrer’s next bill at the end of the promotion

How to Participate:

  • Existing Green Dot customers are automatically eligible for the promotion
  • Calling in to our customer service line 224-GDOT (4368) tell the agent you want to refer a friend for the “Refer and Receive” promotion and provide requested info below
  • Online @ www.gd.tt click on the referral tab fill out the referral form and submit requested info below
  • Inbox us through our Facebook page providing the requested info below

What is the Refer and Receive Promotion about?

A. The Refer and Receive Promotion is about giving back to our loyal customers by way of offering $50TTD towards their next bill.

B. To make it more interesting/interactive for the customer we ask that the customer refers a friend or family member to our Broadband or Digital TV services and receive $50TTD towards their next bill for each referral made.

How does it work?

A. Once you are an existing Green Dot customer, you can refer a friend or family member to our Broadband or Digital TV services.

B. You can do so by:

  • Calling in to our customer service line 224-GDOT (4368)
  • Online @ www.gd.tt and fill out the referral form.
  • Inbox us through our Facebook page

C. Through any of the above channels you would need to (as the referrer) provide the following:

  • Your Name
  • Your contact number (s)
  • Your Account number (s)
  • Your Service Type (s)
  • Referee’s Full name
  • Referee’s Address
  • 2 (if possible) contact numbers for Referee

Is this the extent of the process?

Note: Referee (s) MUST be installed within the 5-week promotion period for you to receive the offer

Is there a limit to the number of persons I can refer?

You can refer as many names as you can provide for the duration of the promotion.

How do I receive the $50TT that is being offered?

The payment will be credited to your next bill at the end promotion.

Can I refer an existing Digital TV customer for Broadband service?

A. Sure, you can if it is for a NEW service i.e. Digital TV Or Broadband service.
B. Note: you CANNOT refer an existing customer for the following

  • Additional Set Top Boxes
  • Additional Channels

How long does the promotion run?

The promotion runs from Wednesday, April 18th to Sunday, May 20th 2018.
