Green Dot HD (High Definition) Upgrade Channels

Please see Factory Default instructions for FULL Restoration of your Digital TV Service.

Identify the type of CABLE BOX or BOXES you have.
Follow the instructions associated with your CABLE BOX type.

Perform process on each Cable Box.

CABLE BOX TYPE: If the TIME on your CABLE BOX is RED, USE THIS GUIDE:

  1. Press MENU on your remote
  2. Using the navigation buttons select INSTALLATION
  3. Using the navigation buttons select FACTORY DEFAULT
  4. Input the pin code 0000 and press OK
  5. When the search is complete press OK to save.

CABLE BOX TYPE: If the TIME on your CABLE BOX is GREEN, and the colour of the CABLE BOX is BLACK, USE THIS GUIDE:

  1. Press MENU on your remote
  2. Using the navigation buttons select SETTING
  3. Using the navigation buttons select FACTORY DEFAULT
  4. Input the pin code 0000
  5. When the search is complete press MENU to save.

Please note: If you are unable to identify your CABLE BOX type after reviewing the information above, that is, you do NOT have either of the two CABLE BOX types with the associated guide, please contact us urgently via email at info@greendotgroup.co or via telephone at 224-GDOT (4368) as your CABLE BOX may have to be upgraded to our newer models.
