IMPORTANT UPGRADE WORKS ADVISORY:
From Monday 17th December 2018, Green Dot Limited will be conducting upgrade works from 12 am to 9 am.
Due to the sensitive and technical nature of the upgrade being performed, these works may take a longer time frame than scheduled to complete. We appreciate your patience as we work toward enhancing your entertainment experience.
Service will be disrupted during this time with some of your TV channels displaying the following message:
“SERVICE NOT RUNNING OR SCRAMBLED” on a black screen.
Please note, after 9am, Digital TV customers are asked to perform the following steps to fully restore their TV service:
- Identify the type of CABLE BOX or BOXES you have.
- Follow the instructions associated with your CABLE BOX type.
- Perform process on each Cable Box.
CABLE BOX TYPE: If the TIME on your CABLE BOX is RED, USE THIS GUIDE:
- Press “MENU” on your remote
- Using the navigation buttons select “INSTALLATION”
- Using the navigation buttons select “FACTORY DEFAULT”
- Input the pin code 0000 and press “OK”.
- When the search is complete press “OK” to save.
CABLE BOX TYPE: If the TIME on your CABLE BOX is GREEN, and the colour of the CABLE BOX is BLACK, USE THIS GUIDE:
- Press “MENU” on your remote
- Using the navigation buttons select “SETTING”
- Using the navigation buttons select “FACTORY DEFAULT”
- Input the pin code “0000″
- When the search is complete press “MENU” to save.
Please note: If you are unable to identify your CABLE BOX type after reviewing the information above, that is, you do NOT have either of the two CABLE BOX types with the associated guide, please contact us urgently at info@greendotgroup.co or 224-GDOT (4368) as your CABLE BOX may have to be upgraded to our newer models.
