How can I order Green Dot WiFi Hotspot Service?

Online: Click here to Sign Up Now; This will take you through all the steps you need to take to order your WiFI Hotspot service. You will be asked to provide some details for your account and will even be able to pay online!

By Phone: Contact our call centre at (868) 224-GDOT (4368).

Once you have one of our customer service representatives on the line they can guide you through the ordering process for the WiFi Hotspot service. You will have to give us some customer details for us to process your order.

You will be able to pay via credit card or you can place your order and then come into our customer Care Centre at 40 Bejucal Road, Cunupia to pay for your equipment

How long does it take to install a Green Dot WiFI Hotspot Service?

Installation timing varies based on your location. After you sign up for service, you will be contacted by our Scheduling Team for your installation date and time.

Can more than one device connect to the internet at a time?

Yes. Multiple devices can connect to Green Dot’s WiFi Hotspot Service at the same time.

Is there a particular time I need to call to report any concerns with my service?

Our Customer Service & Technical Support Departments are here twenty four (24) hours each day to assist with any concerns which may arise we are ready and willing to assist you whenever you need us.

How does the billing process work?

Your monthly bill will be sent every month on the same date that your service was installed.

For example; If your service was installed on the 10th of July, your monthly bill will be sent to you on the 10th of August and recur on the 10th of every month thereafter. Your monthly invoice will be emailed once an emailed address is provided when signing up.

Payment methods include, all VIA (NLCB) outlets, Bill Express outlets, Direct Deposit through any Scotiabank Branch to Account No. 12011-08, SurePay (HiLo) Locations, TTPost Retail Mailing Centres or at our Customer Service Centre, 40 Bejucal Road, Cunupia.

Will rural areas in Trinidad have the same coverage as cities like Port of Spain and San Fernando?

Green Dot’s WiFi Hotspot Service does not depend on infrastructure to be installed on overhead lines or in the ground. This means that our coverage reaches most areas not able to be covered by other operators. However, there are limitations to the service such as topography which can block reception

This is a new secure mobile bill payment facility, that is available to all Bmobile and Digicel prepaid and post paid customers with a Republic Bank One Card or a Credit Card from ANY bank.

You can set-up Yooz by visiting any Republic Bank branch or one of our Customer Care Centers to register your mobile phone to your bank account.

VIA

Payments can be made through VIA locations at all NLCB outlets in Trinidad and Tobago. Find the VIA location closest to you.

Bill Express
